My husband and I purchased a truck over Thanksgiving weekend at Orlando Auto Lounge. Jeff was honest and answered all of our questions. Never once did I feel pressured or rushed into making a purchase. In fact, we looked at this truck 3 times before we decided to buy it. We were given plenty of time to look over the vehicle on our own, and was given privacy to discuss it between ourselves. The website had accurate, detailed descriptions of the vehicle, the paperwork process was very quick, and the staff very professional.

Wide selection of used pick up trucks
Jeff was great to work with. Don't be fooled by the name, Auto Lounge has a wide selection of used pick up trucks. Most are from Texas, so no northern road salt and rust. Carfax available to buyers for the vehicles on the lot. Under-body and bed of most are professionally sprayed black. No haggling on the price of our truck, but we knew it was a good deal. Jeff held the truck with a deposit and gave us a few days to work with our credit union to secure the best loan rate.

I called right away and spoke with Jim. He was very informative and directed me to the Car Fax report online, which they have for your review, on all their used cars. Along with the report, they have extensive photos detailing all aspects of the vehicles for sale. I called again twice with questions the next day and spoke with him and the owner. We drove up to Sanford and had the absolute best buying experience I've ever had, anywhere. Once we decided for sure we were buying, we had everything signed and were headed home in 30 minutes. This is a no pressure, totally relaxed environment. We got the most amazing deal on the KIA and couldn't be happier with it. We've already planned for another vehicle and will absolutely buy every car we get from here on out.

Well just got my dream car BMW way under market price but it is on mint conditions. I was a bit concern since it was my first experience buying a car but got a great deal. The truck was getting work done on it to fix a problem. They worked their butts off to get the truck in order knowing that I drove 4 hours to buy the truck.
